YesThoughts/Notes:
The day that Part 6: Stone Ocean (hereby referred to as Stocean) was announced I was fucking estatic. When we finally got anime visuals and actors confirmed my little heart was beating so fast I felt like I was going to fucking pass out. I fucking love Stocean!! Best jojo part and Jolyne is the best jojo, not up for debate. Not happy that netflix is involved this time around and sorely missing jojo Fridays (or whatever day of the week). Getting episodes in batches just isn't the same :-( still need to watch the latest/2nd batch of episodes, super looking forward to it.

Oh, Azumanga Daioh... a formative series for me and a favorite (I'd say top 10? Maybe even top 5). This is like my third or fourth rewatch at this point. This show is like a balm on my soul, so sometimes I pull up an episode when I'm anxious or otherwise not feeling well.

What is there to say? Everyone knows Mob Psycho 100, anyone with an ounce of taste loves (or at least likes) Mob Psycho 100. (I'm in the love camp, btw). Doing a rewatch of the first two seasons in anticipation of the new/final third season,

Potential emotional meat grinder. Thankfully I'm into that. A one-shot with beautiful art that aptly expresses the ugliness of grief. Recently adapted into a movie.

Yeah.Ongoing?
No (seralization completed April 2022)Thoughts/Notes:
Man...Okay. Golden Kamuy is the first manga series whose serializiation I've followed along with. I'd say it's also the first fandom I've been earnestly active in. It was fun to read chapters as they released and scream and shit about it with my pals; I've never had that experience before GK and it's something I value a lot. But now that the series has ended, and all is said and done... I can't recommend this series to anyone. My reasons are too numerous and complicated to list. Suffice it to say, Noda's story telling choices (especially in the latter half) are questionable at best and angering at worst. The positive: GK is super entertaining and has one of the most endearing and colorful casts I've ever seen. Plus, this series gave me my baby girl for which I have terminal brainrot. I'm dissapointed that GK ended the way it did, but that doesn't sour the good times I had reading it, before shit hit the fan.
All that being said, I will be tuning in to the new 4th season of the anime airing soon. There are some scenes I want to see animated.
